This month long intensive training is designed to build a solid foundation in the practice of vinyasa yoga. Daily asana practices will explore many of the different aspects of vinyasa with a wide range of sequences and focuses…and plenty of lunges and inversions! David will accept thirty-four students into the course in 2012, usually coming from a diverse range of countries around the planet, making for a rich international group experience that will open all participants to the vast expansiveness that is the world of yoga.
